Day 2 - ONE: United with Him in Power

Reading:

Ephesians 2:4-6 — God, rich in mercy and great in love, made us alive together with Christ and raised us up, seating us with Him in the heavenly realms.

Devotional:

You cannot fight from a position you do not know you occupy. Many believers live as though they are crouching beneath the enemy's authority when Scripture declares they are seated above it. Because Christ was raised and exalted, and because you are united with Him, your spiritual position is higher than your worst circumstance. The enemy attacks the mind precisely because if he can convince you that you are low, you will never stand in the high place Christ has already prepared for you. Know where you sit.

Reflection:

Do you tend to view your spiritual life from a position of strength or a position of survival? What has shaped that perspective?
