Day 4 - ONE: United with Him in Power
Reading:
Ephesians 6:10-12 — Believers are called to be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power, putting on the full armor of God to stand against the schemes of the devil, recognizing that the struggle is not against flesh and blood.
Devotional:
The greatest danger in spiritual warfare is misidentifying the enemy. When we direct our weapons at people, we exhaust ourselves fighting shadows while the true adversary goes unchallenged. Our battles are spiritual, and they require spiritual weapons. The armor of God is not decorative — it is operational. It is the daily discipline of truth, righteousness, faith, and the Word of God worn not as a Sunday garment but as everyday equipment. You do not fight for victory. You fight from it. Christ has already won. Your assignment is to stand in what He has secured.
Reflection:
Are there relationships or conflicts in your life where you have been fighting flesh and blood rather than addressing the spiritual forces at work? How might that shift in perspective change your approach?
